Reg, what you are doing is no different than anyone else who has ever bought and used a base. You STILL have to coach and know your team. That is the bottom line. I have coached basketball at the high school level for 37 years, and believe me, any rookie coach can run the conditioning drills. It is the "coaching" that matters, and is what I am hired to do. I equate getting someone else to do your bases as the same thing as my having one of my assistants run the conditioning drills while I am doing other things. Yet, when the score is tied with 7 seconds left, you better believe that I am going to make that call, and live with the results. The important thing is that you are playing. Doug
