Personaly, and even if I 'm far from the US play level (I think), I always play with casual players, or even complete newbies (who doesn't know the rules of football). So I always try to teach the little knowledge I know, try to explain and share strategies, position skills, possible moves my opponent should have tried, etc, etc...
Even if I win with big scores, the important thing is to keep it on a hobby, friendly spirit level.
