Do I do everything I can to make my league mates feel comfortable on game dates? I can say I do my best to make everyone feel comfortable in any given scenario.
Do I make a conscious decision to treat my league mates or simply a game of fun(scrim or whatever) with mutual respect?
I myself try and treat people the way I want to be treated.
Lastly, when I clearly have an advantage and a lead an opponent is it important to "pile on more points and why?" ex 48-3 Or do I take my lead and use it as a teachable moment to uplift the spirit and the strategy of my opponent by sharing EF theory with them?
I can't answer this it has never happened.
As a coach that may have been under 3-48 what would benefit you or keep you coming back with a smile under those circumstances?
Now this I can answer. Being that I most likely have the worst win lose record in EFL history I find my self in this very often. Even when my opponent is running up the score I do my best to keep smiling and control my temper which can be very hard. If I was about winning I would have left this hobby a long time ago. The people are the reason I keep coming back time after time of getting my rear-end spanked.
And that’s all I have to say at this time.
