Being that i am playing in the BAM as a rookie coach, and only my 3rd REAL game action since i was a kid, i would love to give answers to these questions

Do I do( Will I do) everything I can to make my league mates feel comfortable on game dates?
YUP
! Dont know what that is just yet, (show up, and show up on time, for starters) but i will figure it out. I am assuming a couple of
BEFORE the game action is inappropriate?
Do I (Will I )make a concious decision to treat my league mates or simply a game of fun(scrim or whatever) with mutual respect?
No doubt, cause, thats why i am there in the first place.
Lastly, when I clearly have an advantage and a lead an opponent is it important to "pile on more points and why?" ex 48-3 Or do I take my lead and use it as a teachable moment to uplift the spirit and the strategy of my opponent by sharing EF theory with them?
I wont be in this position this year, so i give the big N/A as my answer.
But, should i find myself here then...................
-I would understand and appreciate the luck that i just received to win a game like this.
-I would not let it go to my head at all because i would know it was just luck.
-If I am that much better than my opponent for real, then i would absolutely do what i can to coach them up WITHOUT stepping on their toes or perceivably (is that a word?) attacking egos. I would find a way to balance
'Let me help you' with
'I will put you in a position where you can learn for yourself' .Even the best of us have vibrant, easy going egos, that still can be sensitive at times.
As a coach that may have been under 3-48 what would benefit you or keep you coming back with a smile under those circumstances?
Now here is where i will probably be most games, so what would be beneficial is if the coach helped me to learn on my own. Offer tips when i am doing something stupid, ofcourse, but do something like - after we set up our players, he then reveals to me what his plan is. Now, we both sit back and see if what he did will work, and how was i able to Offend, or Defend it. That is the best way, i personally, have been able to learn the game from many of you guys.
