On his initial post I commented, admired his work, called his house, begged for figures, you name it. I have been an admirer of his work and I personally, as well as everyone else, am rooting for Bruce to take that work and his rightful place as the King of figure artist. I consider him, Chris Fields, and Dirk Thomas, and Shaun Nobles the greatest figure innovators of all time. Damon, from Detroit, is the first person I saw do those hands like that though to be honest. I don't know if they collaborated but they call him forutohate. He is also great at it. Bruce's BearCats are the background of my computer.
Dre, I can't address every negative issue on the board without getting a joke in or two for balance. It really is not personal more to make people laugh, and myself. Everyone knows that you hype people endlessly. It's common knowledge thus the joke. I thought you would roll with it but now that I know how you feel then I'll take responsibility for it.
As far as being mentioned with the greats I am. I won father of the year twice, coach of the year 3 straight years in baseball, I have mentored now over 34 young men from the streets to college or or better before even having children of my own.
I have been lauded and rewarded in MF as well however it is not my focus, just a hobby. One day I'll pick up the TTC, never let it go, and do well at a couple of tournaments. For some it is a lot more and I respect their dedication. I just can't commit to that level because it would take away from my first love . . . helping others.
