your post was spot on, and I agree 100%. I can't say I have lived the MF life where I took it that serious, or "win at all cost". I look at MF as an outlet to meet new friends that share a similar hobby. I have enjoyed that first and foremost. Cause there is no way I would have ever met the guys/coaches that I have met thru this hobby, alot of great guys, that have become good friends. When I see guys get really bent over a close call, or excessively mad, I think man these are just little plastic men, toys from our youth. Its a kids game, for gosh sakes. Competitive is one thing, but alienating others isn't what we signed up for when joining the hobby or the MFCA. I will continue to work to be a better coach, and hone my skills so that I at some point may pass some skills on to others to help them along. Again, everything said in this post rings true, well said by all.
