If you had some of those team sheets for the board game, Paydirt, then you could use those to shape the tendencies. Last I knew, someone on line was creating new sets of sheets for download every year since Avalon Hill is out of business and no longer marketing the game. He also had old sheets. There was even a computer version of the game available.
