Man, everything looks great!
On the revolution helmet, don't forget the raised "swoop" that starts on the crown of the helmet and continues down into the extended jaw protectors on either side of the helmet. It's subtle, but it helps make the helmet unique.
Fantastic work! I love the bearded face. It would definitely work as a Merlin Olsen.
