Come on,cut the guy some slack.You've got to
realize, that it's got to be hard on ANYONE who's
given 20 + years of their life to something they love,
to come to an easy decision on walking away ( retiring)
I'm sure he has mixed emotions and it seems it's
getting the best of him.He's human,just like the
rest of us.It can't be easy for him.
His mind says STAY but his body says LEAVE.
The guy has a BIG heart when it comes to this
game and it's been his life for a long time.That
is hard to walk away from.I don't care who you
are.So instead of bashing the guy, cut him some
slack,because whether you like him or not ,he has
given us ALL some great memories.
Personally, I hope he comes back for one more
season,atleast.On his worst,most confused day,he's
still better than BOTH the Vikes back-ups put together.
Plus, we owe the Saints one.They didn't beat the Vikings
back in January,the Vikings beat themselves.You Saints
fans know this is true.......But still,I Congratulate the
Saints and their fans on their Super Bowl win.
