Is anyone having problems with PAYPAL?
Has anyone had problems with PAYPAL by way of sending or receiving money? It's like when you want to send an invoice, it says "You recently hit your PayPal sending limit and had your payment declined, but this is easy to fix. ". Then you go in and try to fix it to no avail?
