You have to love Jim's avatar picture. I been looking at it all the time when Jim makes a post. BUT now with this SWEET looking Raiders field, it is making me go back and forth. Not sure what one to look at the most.

Maybe you should have had your avatar in the middle of your field. That might have help you throw off the other coach. I know it would have work on me.
