In your aera, maybe it should be a good idea to make a mailing list (of volunteers of course) to take contact with newcomers ?

I mean, see that new member from texas. It should be perhaps a good idea to send him a list (with nickname, email adresses and cities only, to keep privacy) of local coaches ? As I said, of course only volunteers coaches will be on that list.


So there will be less risks than the guy come here, and give away because he will feel lost and alone and will loose his motivation.
