Field Lighting
For lighting my field I have a standard 100w bulb in the ceiling light just above me to my right. I also use a large desk lamp with about a foot long gooseneck. It sits on top of a cardboard box above the left endzone and stretches out over the endzone. I then angle the light so it shines directly at mid field. As for the photos I don't use a flash and I set the camera from normal photo to the macro setting. I pan the camera all the way back and focus then I move as close as I want sometimes re-focusing then snap the shot.
