Year one of the CBSMF really put this on the map (Thank you Reg!). Playing Big 10 games on Ustream was intoxicating. Man I think everyone wanted to play on line that first year; and it was a blast! I don't think I have ever had so much fun playing as over at Jimmy Davis' house last year on a Saturday night.... I too had to spend some money to get my equipment right so I could broadcast from the garden spot....

Having had this technology available for two years and have seen some of the drawbacks and potential, live broadcast can be a great asset to the MFCA and our hobby. Some of the angles may not be the best, or a coach has his rear-end in the camera the whole game, and perhaps viewers expect too much out of a braodcast. All may be true, but I think what may be most laking is just a concerted effort by multiple leagues to get on board and braodcast games AND for coaches to watch and participate.
I have some games saved on my Ustream page from last season Big Ten.
Coaches can check them out at any time.

As Reg has said, broadcast could be valuable for solitaire too.....

Ken also did a tweak session that was off the chain (he made some Monsters!)

Applications of this technology are endless. We should really be taking advantage of it!
