I believe my rule set is the simplest in the hobby. They are the following:
Front of base tackling
No pivoting after the play begins
For field goals and extra points, run the board for 3 seconds to allow the rush an opportunity to block the kick
No stalling
I am shooting myself in the foot when I say this. “No boiled bases”.
This rule set can be used for any weight amount.
Ask a coach to play like that. Watch how fast he runs for the hills. He will break his neck to avoid you.

nice rules Electric Coach, but if you gave me 3 seconds to block your PAT of FG... you would never get the kick off!
We play 1 second on these plays and yes sometimes there is a block. We use 1.5 sec on punts and they 40% blocked (because of poor "Teams" more so than anything).
FOB is cool and most don't play that way for whatever reason. The main thing about any rule set is that it is balanced both for offense/defense and balanced where run/pass are relatively equal in a teams abillity to do both within the rules.
Any touch does not give you full balance.....
