Im not sure of the cost but this site is set up for exactly what your trying to do. It will save you all travel time and you can meet online. Business use this that have reps and offices in different cities. Look at the cost for you guys to travel and compare it to the cost of using this site for a few weeks.

In the future, Im sure this will be very useful, but at this time in order to get the rules right, they must be played through. We're billing this as a "Pro Ruleset", no grey areas can be tolerated, for this reason alone we must meet to accomplish that, other areas will no doubt, be addressed via conference call.
