I'll paint all the teams of the conference with same standards. As I said on another topic, for me solitaire playing is like roleplaying game. Background, atmosphere, are really important.
It's why I will also probably build a new gameboard (100cm x50cm, "medium sized" board, a little bigger than a #620), metal surface this time (since buying and shipping a board from north america will cost the same price than building a more big one). I believe I'll use a MFCA center field logo for it.

It's the best way to not be biased in the tweaking process. It's also a fast way to create the teams, you don't need to build one team and then, try to match the exact performances on the other ones; or even trying to match the real teams stats. With that simple system, I'll add some spice in the league, and create personality for each team.

Lock the steelers also. I don't think I'll add a new NFL team before a while. My next pro football project will be UFL based.
If I need to make spare NFL teams, I'll use Miggle bigmen, pre painted or blank that I will paint (depanding of $$$ and time, since my next UFL project is the #1 project I have for the next months, side by the college league conference creation).
