I am a die-hard nebraska fan. I'm going to the big 12 championship in Dallas this weekend and am fired up!! Here's my opinions.
The best husker team, which some argue is the best college football team of all time would be the 1995 Nebraska Cornhuskers.
Junior Miller was an awesome TE, you have to have Suh as a DT with Larry Jacobson or Rich Glover. Tommy Frazier was the best QB to ever play for the Huskers. Mike Rozier was the greatest runningback. Tom Rathman the best FB. Johnny Rodgers and Irving Fryar were the best receivers. Best Linemen were Dave Rimmington, Will Shields, and Bob Brown. Best defensive end was Grant Wistrom. Best linebacker was Tom Novak. Best corner was Ralph Brown. Best safety was Mike Brown. Best kicker is Alex Henery. Best Punter was Kyle Larson. I think you have to go with Devaney as the best coach, as he built the program up from shambles into a powerhouse.
