In the first picture you see the formation, then in the second picture (ie the snap of the ball= 1st stoppage, a quick buzz of the board )

Now the players that can react are the ones not touching the players from the other team. This is how to start each play in the MPFL system.

So if you were to take a picture every 2 seconds durring the play development that your seeing live and put it together ( 4 pictures ) this is what the MPFL system give you.
