What I have done is do reserch for each year that I picked per Team.
Example 2000 Baltimore Ravens.
I found a web site that ranked each player for the year that I wanted.
Here is the example of Part of Baltimore's Team

2 Rob Burnett 21
3 Sam Adams 18
4 Rod Woodson 18
5 Jonathan Ogden 13
6 Jamal Lewis 12
7 Michael McCrary 12
8 Chris McAlister 11
9 Jamie Sharper 11
So the web site gave me the rankings and I just tweak as good as I can then add wieght to get the players to meet there rankings. The hardest for me to match is the safties and QB's.
As you can see Baltimore will have one great "D" put a poor "0" which is just what they had.
