I am only doing 22 due to timing reasons. This painting stuff is for the birds.  Also, it helps with the speed of the game/season.I basically took a few teams and made a determination which figures to use based on how I feel about each team and that particular error. In this league, there is no preconceived notion on wich figure is better. Hopefully, that will be determined based on the outcome of the season. Ex: The Packers will receive the 67 Miggle figures. The Bear will receive the Football Figures.com figs. Please note, all FF.com figs will recieve rookie bases only. One of these teams is set to use the soft dark green rookie bases from the 80's. Others just fell in line based on what other teams have or don't have in the conference. I tried to balance it out as much as possible so that the there is 4 BB teams in the AFC and 4 in the NFC - 4 Haiti Repro in both conferences and so forth. BTW, Denver is receiving Hait Repro because of their undersized lineman and nasty running game. Their is too much to list. No TTQB passing  Can you believe it?
But your second quesh. seems more geared towards competive team building which is completely different from what I am doing here.
