How many of you have Ustream accounts. I joined the MFCA account to Reg's and Pirate Ricks crowd. Who else is out there?

I use justin TV because it's linux friendly (you can find easy linux wiki documentation about it) you can use external video input (VLC) wich gives you great, great results. I believe you can do the same with UStream, but with my linux computer, I didn't figure it out.

With ustream for mac or windows users, you can also use external programs (calle producer, I believe) wich can allow a better video broadcast than the regular online way.

For internet broadcast, for what I understand (I'm far from a specialist of these things), the best way is to use an external encoder (open source like VLC, or software like the one Ustream offers), and then inject the raw code the external encoder gave you into the broadcat network.

With my 20bucks 640x480 webcam, I was able to broadcast (testing) 480p video, 30fps, with only 3-4seconds delay (to a US server, it's really good) But I use external encoder. If I use the basic online tools (not matter the broadcast network) the quality decreases dramatically.

Just my two cents on the tech part of the thing.

Concerning the solitaire question, here in france it's simply the only way to play "seriously" for me. I see that the way Dre stated, I believe. For me it's an interactive gameday show, an incredible novel, a roleplaying game. It 's like being the puppet master. You create the rules, you create the figures and teams, and then you put life into it, and see what happens. Good enough for me.
