How about Friday after the dinner? Lots of coaches will be together in one spot, easy to gather and move on to the next spot.
Everyone is tweaking that night anyhow in the main conference room and upstairs. If we do it after the party, we could get good participation from many "instructors" and "students".
So if we are talkin friday night after the dinner, thats around 9pm, something like that. That may be a good time as well for the Ustreamers who could not attend.
If not Friday, then Saturday, but Saturday is when everyone is doing many different things - tourney, mf shopping, playing-customizing-tweaking upstairs in the rooms. We are ALL OVER the hotel on saturday.
Yeah, i would think Friday after the dinner is the best time.
