BigMen have black shoes are the only figures that have Hong Kong stamped on the bottom, Haiti wore either black or white shoes and have little burs on the bottom of the base (from the sprue), Hog-Leg figures have black shoes, and are smaller than BigMen, and have thick legs, Chicken-Leg figures also wore both shoes and were made with cheaper plastic and have skinny legs; these are truths, yes?
Some HK figures have holes in the base, and some do not. How can you tell without the bag? It obviously matters because people pay more for Hong Kongs than they do Chinas.
Didn't Hong Kong make figures at two different times under Tudor, my figure history is a little sketchy.
I hope this helps some, even though I answered your question with a question:rolleyes: .
