It took me a day or two to get the time for these photos but I finally got around to it. It's not the perfect system but maybe it will inspire someone with the know how to design something similar specific to a base and man. These are Mega Blocks. They fit nicely in a deep Plano box. If I could get around to it, I was going to buy enough so I could color code them by team or position. Ultimately, I would like to see them in clear.
They suspend the man keeping him safe in his own compartment and the base prongs never get touched. If the blocks openings were just a hair wider, bases would sit perfect and straight in them. The only issue with them at this point is that sometimes the men get stuck in there and you have to knock them out which would be cured with the opening being just the right size. Any body want to invest $10 grand and make the perfect mold?
Oh, you maybe can't tell from the photos but the men are attached to the base. The other plus is it holds 66 men this way plus the QB's.
