+ 1 date night (whatever you did to get her, you gotta do to keep her!)
+ 1 MF day (the alternative is drinkin, clubbin' and sleepin' around...???)
= Peace and Quiet!

That's the equation I use. If that don't work, then with a straight face, tell her "Women come and go, but MF is FOREVER!!!"
