I believe those little gears are counter weights. The weight on the edge of the motor shaft is what creates the vibration. Those look like 12 or 15 volt radio shack motors. You will need to buy (12v or 15v) adapters for each of the motors on your game board. Then, you will need to shave down the wires and attach the copper ends to the motor ends (the little needle eyes on the back).

Secure the wiring with electrical tape and finally with heat-shrinking tubes.

Then you'll need a switch (preferrably remote control) to plug all of the adpaters into. A multi-outlet extension cord will also be needed.
