That may be true, but you take away the defenders right to make a play on the ball, and that is the hole point, you tip things in you're favor with the use of that tool.
It's like playing with you're children, they are under 5 feet, you and a friend are over 5 feet 9 inches and your throwing the ball around. The child never will have the chance to pick the pass off due to the condition and that being hight.
This is the case with the TTQB
However if you play catch with guys of the same hight, they will be able to make a play on the ball beacuse the condition allow for it to take place.
The TTQB gives the advantage to the user while restricting the players right to make a play on the ball.
