If you want to blame anyone blame me. I was the one the said I would reach out to you. So you can ask why not. The reason is that Mozeek, Dre and myself wanted to talk this over and look at all the options out there. Before we spoke to anyone. We were not able to all get together until this past Saturday. We had spoken to each other, but never were we all able to speak together all at the same time. Again that did not happen till this last Saturday. The one thing that we were all in favor on was taking an existing rules set and using it... verbatim. We looked at rule sets from around the country. And we ultimately chose the DFW rules. The reason being is that anyone joining the league would be on the same ground. New to the rules and new to setting up a team to those rules. We also felt that most leagues around the country are starting to up their player weight. And the DFW rules already had incorporated that. We also felt that it would help us prepare to to play in the TSO. And there would be some alaingment with LA and Vegas as well.

So please do not take with as me not respecting you or the NYEFL. Just so you know I was one of the orignal members. I helped write up the original rules. And the logo that sits on your web site is the one I designed.

So in an effort to keep the fellowship going please do not hold this against me. And more important to do not hold it against Mozeek or Dre.
