Pro
1. Green Bay (Title town enough said)
2. Cleveland (Had great fans even with no team)
3. Philadelphia (Some of the most loyal and meanest fans in sports)
4. Kansas City (Great staduim atmosphere and nobody there recognizes the royalsas of lastley)
5. Dallas (As much as it pains me to put them up here they claim to be Americas Team)
College
1. South Bend (Just so much history there)
2. Lincoln Nebraska (I have a couple of Cornhusker fans living near me that talk nothing of Cornhuskers all year round.)
3. Los Angeles (Even though they have no pro team, UCLA and USC are dominant in the Pac 10)
4. Miami (A college that sends more players to the NFL then any other belongs)
t5. Columbus and Ann Arbor (Great rivalry, great players, great history. Couldn't really pick one ahead of the other so I give it a tie.)
