The Proline strong rookie bases, are not that strong, they are however, much better at running straight right out of the package, exactly as RavennaAl had stated. You stand a pretty good chance of getting some decent runners out of these with out tweaking them. Not saying every pack is a winner but they have proven to consistently have some good runners right out of the box. I found this to be true of both the round and straight fronts.

Learn to tweak all bases, it is extremely satisfying to field a team of good runing bases that you tweaked with your own hands, even if right off you don't have strength monsters or lightning fast runners. Tweak a couple of teams so that you have some good directional bases, that makes for a good scrimmage.
