Our league rules allow you to substitute the QB at the beginning of play...even drop him into shotgun...but the defense also gets to move a player in response.

I am partial to having my QB on the move almost all the time now....I put a running QB figure on one of the old QB/Kicker bases and he can fly!! I roll towards one side or the other and pass from that position. It works great....most folks have geared their loopers to aim for a particular area of the backfield and they hate seeing the QB on the move....and my guy can move real quick now....4 rushes for 78 yards in my last game.
