Ding... Ding... Ding................ We have a WINNER!!!

Taking weight off of your figures without removing the platform is easy as pie. (wishing we had a pie icon)

Back in 2006 before the Brawl... Reggie contacted me about playing and wanting to use his figures which (by the way) were allowed. He just didn't want to have to shave them down just to make weight. I told him that I have a FF.com team that weighs 3.2 and that no shaving was required. I explained to Reg that all he had to do was decapitate the heads, use dremel bits: 105, 107, or 110. Drill straight down (from the neck) to the pit of the stomach, and slowly make circular or side-to-side motions, pull out the dremel, turn the figure over and dump out the plastic. Once figure is at desired weight, than use a piece of plastic to peg his head back on the neck. Glue and let dry. Reg said it was so easy that he couldn't believe that he didn't think of it before. Reg's FF.com Brawl squad passed team inspections with ease. He only had a couple of figures at 3.2, most of his squad weighed in at 3.0 & 3.1 grams. By removing the excess plastic via the neck and choosing not to remove the platforms, the integrity and positioning of his figures were maintained and never compromised.
