I like the idea that you have. However the most important thing to keep in mind that there must be balanced.

No one should have an advantage over the other because of the type of pass is done.

If a pass is done, all players need to have a right to, catch the ball. If that right is taken away you give an advantage to the offense, and hender the defense.

I thought, if I had another tourney, that I'd try something like this to give the defense a bit more of a chance and increase the sweaty palms of the passer:

- TTQB passing allowed. Runner down after completion (similar to Buzzfest). However, any unengaged defender within a certain distance (let's say a blue stick) of the receiver may be lifted and placed anywhere behind the front of the base of the receiver.

This would allow for guys who are close to covering the receiver to be brought more into the play and give the passer something to think about when it comes to INT's.
