Inquiring minds get to know answers to questions. I think if more rules questions are made that people will understand the rulings better than taking them personally. In other words, and informed mind is better than an opinionated one.
As far as the SWB or any other tournament is concerned, it would be great if people posted about rules that they don't understand or ones they would like clarified before they go the next time. I would not want to have an idea in my mind that certain rules should be taken one way when really I am wrong all along.
Ours should be an informed group rather then a group of opinions.
In the case I mentioned, the game would be over as far as I am concerned. Any rule I have researched does not mention an offensive penalty being a reason for another play when it comes to the half or end of the game. All the rule sets I have read only mention that a game can't end on a defensive penalty.

I think that this forum is the best place to ask as we have so many that want each other to know and respect the rules we play by and not be upset when we don't understand them.

So unless someone else responds differently, the game is over.
