Default Opening up the offensive game
Hey guys..

We're (Tornado Alley EFL) wanting to come up with some rules changes that will open up our offenses..

We play a hybrid of the NHFL rules.. and actually I'd say we're closer to buzzball rules,, and we'd rather be playing some 28-27 games rather than 7-3 etc..

We've opened some passing options to increase scoring... but not increase the time allowed for each game.. SO.. We're not really looking to turn to a game that involves a bunch of stops..

Suggestions?
