The last couple of months I have been playing in Philadelphia under a rule set which has allowed for more scoring. Some of the differences between the NHFL and the NEFL are as follows:

1) You do not have to call run or pass before the play. This allows you to keep your options open.
2) There is no push rule. Again this allows you to run the play a little longer to see what develops before you have to commit to the run or pass.
3) There are punts. There are more returns which adds to the scoring.

I enjoy playing under both rule sets.
