I think these have all been mentioned here on this thread already, and I think they all could work. I've had great kick returns, and thought that punt returns needed to be fit into a game somehow. In the NFL, a guy like Devin Hester, or Dante Hall can kill you with a punt return too, not just on kickoffs.
The front of "base tackling only" is also a GREAT idea. I would like to see that, if nothing else.

By our opening day I will show with the way to add punting into the game with the Touch & Distance Kicker. That, onside kicks, coffin corner kicks, and real kick offs. You are gonna love it!
