First thing I do is tweak me some fast rookie bases. At this point figures don't matter. These fast bases will be for my kick coverage team. Buliding a kick-off coverage team, to me is the hardest to build, because I must have 6 fast men who run with a wide arc (3 from the left, 3 from the right, and the rest run straight.
But, kick coverage and kicking FG's, alot of coaches neglect.
