Unfortunately I am not one of your better tweakers. If you are looking for power then try Geno H or Norbert Revels. As for speed try JIMBO, Kelvin Lomax aka Coach K-Lo, or Don Smith aka Old School. By the way always get bases tweaked to loop left and right as well.
