In acceptance of these coveted bases (3), the undersigned "Rick Garrison" hereby agrees to NOT use Jimbo's own bases against him when they meet in future contests, whether in FUN or in pursuit of Dave and Eric's Open College Tournament Trophy which rightfully belongs to Jimbo, under Article XVIII, subarticle 4, paragraph 23, sentence 8, which states "Whosever shall claim it, so shall it belongeth!"

Furthermore, the "anti-bubba" clause will be executed upon direct irreverance to aforementioned article(s) and will be punishable by Shutout, Beat Down or Slaughter Rule! Whichever is less humiliating for the undersigned, in which case is Mr. Rick Garrison!
