Default My view...

Depending on the type of paint that you use, weather it be acrylic, enamel, water base etc. Once the sealant is applied the heat from the sealant will make some of those paints run and on other types of paint it works fine. Most likely though it will work on all of them with the right amount of time. Some paints might need more drying time when applying testers dull coat than some other decal sealers.

Now for me, I've never used testers dull coat so I can't say for sure but I just thought I'd mention this.
