You should get a lot of replies on this one, at least I hope you do.

One thing I have been experimenting with lately is a running back, one that is not fast, of course you need those too, but one that looks exactly like your fastest back, but is tweaked for strength, lots of strength, one that will run right up behind your lead blocker and stay with him, not bounce back off of him, but one that stays and pushes. It can be good as he is disguised to look just like your fast RB, but he can help push his way through behind his lead blocker, good for those plays when you need to move the ball a few yards.

I also like a WR on an ITZ dial, these can be recognized by an experienced coach, but he will not know what you have it set to do. This can be fun as you stack behind another receiver and then have this ITZ based WR run all kinds of crazy patterns.
