there have been stuff on this before....do a search on passing and find a post by Wolf ....he even has pictures.....

however, to answer your question, when practice is at hand - try some of these concepts to help you get going........

1 - start with just your TTQB and WR and place him ... 20yd from the QB
start passing it to him (20-30 times) this will help you "read" your QB and you will find the "sweet spot" from there it's all down hill...


2 - next - add more receiver at various positions on the field (where they could end up after stopping the play) distances can be any distance throw to each the same number of times like step 1.....you should be feeling good about now......

3 - add the o-line and repeat step 2 - this will be the first of the minor adjustments that will increase your skills....

4 - add the D-line and repeat

5 - add defenders all over the place.... some close to the WR, some 5 yds in front, some 5 yds behind....use your imagination to position the defense - repeat step 2.....

if you practice passing in this excerise, you will gain some of the skills you will need to have passing the ball.
