USC...this one is on Sarkisian
Direct snap to the tailback? A swing pass on 3rd and 20, down by 7? Not running the ball against an over-matched front 7? Play-makers not touching the ball? I have seen this too many times over the last 3 or 4 years. Steve Sarkisian must have his play-calling duties stripped from him. He seems to use these wood-shed games to display all his little cute plays that he has drawn up. THAT IS NOT USC FOOTBALL!!!
The direct-snap crap is something that sorry SEC offenses run. We are tailback U--use the tailback out of the I formation and punish the weaker foes--that's how it's supposed to be done.
I hope that when Al Davis fires Lane Kiffin, that he is on the first thing smoking to re-claim his OC job from Sarkisian. Kiffin always attacked the defense until the Trojans were in the 40's, and even then would still attack. Sarkisian is a punk and a bum as a play-caller.
