I am very excited about this decision. A mutual coach/friend of Mr. burgess who is also joining broke down the nuances of what you can accomplish in the system. I lover that vfact that you can
1) run with the receiver to make a better play on the ball on defense
2)run draw play due to the usage of magnets
3)have your qb drop back to a point where you want him (via magnetic bar)
4) your receivers can run through a coverage via stoppages
5)my favorite item in EF/MF is the ball in the air scenario in which your receiver can run to it and the ball will hit him in the chest or hands
6)your running back can cut back into a hole due to the stoppages.
8) on defense, if a defender is about to sack the qb you can't just cut the board off, you must wait for the timer. If you think about it, in real football, if someone is about to sack drew brees. He cannot just yell freeze and all the action stops(cutting board off).
9)if your running a sweep, you can adjust your wr to throw a massive block to get him around that corner. (via a stoppage)
10)you can re-route your wr to run a
a)come back patern
b)button hook
c)down 5 yards and out
6)fly patterns
whatever you see STEVE SMITH (Of the panthers) do in the nfl, you can duplicate that on the field (via stoppages)
this a coaches x's and o's chess match system that is user friendly once you learn everything there is to know.
If this type of football interest you, please feel free to join the "JOURNEYMAN TOURNEYMAN" weekend travel package along with myself.
JUST IMAGINE THE VARIOUS ROUTE YOU CAN CREATE FOR YOUR RECEIVERS

Thank you very much for this post.
I am sure that you will find the this system is very playable for all.
Winning is based on actual football elements such as reading blocks, setting up blocks, reading the coverage, understanding of each position as it relates to it's duties based on the play call.
It is a game of action and reaction move and counter move, it enforces the "team aspect" meaning all 11 players effect the play on you're side of the ball.
Coaches that use the TTQB only as there offense in this system limit there ability and don't do as well as coaches who actualy coach there team. They are sacked because thay can not stop the board to avoid the sack. They are limited to passing to the far side of there offense, they become one dimensional because that is all they know.
What was once know as 80% luck is eliminated and in it's place is 80% actual football elements.
This also address the football players IQ through you, ie adjusting you're player to react to the play as it unfolds.
I wish you well in you're first season and remember this system is not for all as guys will play the way that they like.
I have found that many current and ex football coaches love this system as well as ex football players. They can relate to the actual game that they know.
They tell me that they understand the game and what it takes to make a play work, just like real life. WR blocking down field equals long runs for the RB, identifying who to block on the "O" line to give the QB time to go through his progression.
