www.google.com and type in electric football, rules
See what comes up. You scroll down the page on the left and what you see is- 2000 rules people will click on this and up comes a set of rules set by Vance Warren. They will more than likely play by these rules, which I believe is the Bama Blast rules??
The other way newbies and others will get rules, would be by either buying an Excalibur or Miggle game.
The way around it would be for someone to write up a base set of rules, save it to a Wikipedia page so this would come up as the #1 link on Google, then let the players themselves make any adjustments they would like to play by.
