What detrmines strong and weak sides of a formation? is it having more offensive players on one side of the center as opposed to the other, or the tight end? Or is it determined by the allignment of the defenders?

in these formations it is the positioning of the tight end in relation to the center. tight end lines up on the left side of the line, that is the strong side, right side same thing. if there are two tight ends in the formation and they are lined up on either side of the line, it can be called a strong formation, or jumbo package, because of the extra blockers on the line.
