How can a trailing team possibly run a Hail Mary on the last play if need be with ONLY 3-seconds of board time? Let's say from their own 20. All the Defense has to do is rush 3 and play 8 Deep!?! Offense has ZERO chance to drive thru his defender and weave thru that minefield! Not to mention the OL gets no credit for being able to hold their blocks longer.
