It all depends what you are judging the figure on. If its looks then yes I can see where someone could question it. But as 513 & rollertaco pointed out it does resemble the linebacker at a specific point of time.
If it is performance then ...well I think this stock pose performs very good.
Thats the beauty of our hobby we can all create what we like wether it be a pose in the set position at the line of scrimmage or an action pose. While a line of scrimmage pose may not look the best running down the field the same can be said about an action figure in the set position at the line of scrimmage.
My main focus is on the combination of both.. good looks + good performance. I will give up a sweet looking pose if it doesnt perform well. But thats just me. So again thats what makes this hobby great. It offers something for everyone.
